Scope

This policy explains how personal information is handled through this Shopify storefront. Where the Privacy Act 1988 and Australian Privacy Principles apply, information is managed consistently with those requirements.

Information collected

Information may include contact details, delivery and billing information, order details, communications, device and browser data, cookie identifiers, fraud-prevention signals and payment status. Full card details are processed by payment providers rather than stored by the store.

Purposes

Information is used to operate checkout, fulfil orders, provide service, prevent fraud, maintain security, comply with law, keep business records and send marketing only where permitted.

Disclosure and overseas processing

Information may be shared with Shopify, payment providers, carriers, hosting and security providers, professional advisers and authorities where required. Some providers may process information outside Australia. Their own terms and privacy practices also apply.

Access, correction and complaints

Use the Contact Us page to request access or correction, withdraw marketing consent or raise a privacy complaint. We may verify identity before responding. Complaints will be reviewed and addressed within a reasonable period.

Retention and security

Reasonable measures are used to protect information. Records are retained only as long as reasonably required for the stated purposes, legal obligations, dispute handling and legitimate business needs.

Cookies

Shopify and service providers may use cookies or similar technologies for storefront functions, preferences, security and analytics. Browser controls may limit cookies, but some store functions may then be unavailable.

Order processing

Orders are reviewed after payment confirmation. We do not publish a fixed dispatch or delivery time unless it is shown during checkout or in an order confirmation.

Shipping costs and destinations

Available destinations, services and charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. A customer must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We may contact the customer if information is incomplete or if a carrier cannot service the address.

Tracking and delivery

Tracking information is provided when the selected carrier makes it available. Carrier scans and estimates are not guarantees. If a parcel appears delayed, lost or damaged, contact the store with the order number so the shipment can be investigated.

Customs and import charges

For cross-border orders, duties, import taxes or carrier charges may apply according to the destination. Any amount not collected at checkout may be payable by the recipient where the law permits.

Consumer rights

Delivery-related remedies required by the Australian Consumer Law remain available and are not excluded by this policy.

Payment currency

Storefront prices are displayed in euros (EUR). The final amount, taxes, shipping charges and any available payment methods are shown at Shopify checkout before an order is submitted.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by Shopify and the payment providers displayed at checkout. We do not store full payment-card numbers. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency-conversion, foreign transaction or other charges; those charges are controlled by that provider.

Authorisation and failed payments

An order is accepted only after successful payment authorisation and order confirmation. If a payment is declined, pending or reversed, contact the payment provider and then contact the store if assistance with the order is required.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued through the original payment method where practicable. Processing time after issue is controlled by the payment provider. Nothing in this policy limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Use of the storefront

By using this storefront or submitting an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked in the footer. You must provide accurate information and use the website lawfully.

Products and orders

Product details, images, prices and options are presented from supplied catalogue data. An order is an offer to purchase. The store may decline or cancel an order before acceptance where payment is not authorised, information is materially incorrect, inventory is unavailable, fraud is suspected or fulfilment is not reasonably possible. Any captured payment for a cancelled order will be refunded as required.

Prices

Prices are displayed in EUR. Taxes, shipping and other charges shown at checkout form part of the order total. Obvious pricing or description errors may be corrected before an order is accepted.

Consumer guarantees

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, including the Australian Consumer Law.

Intellectual property and acceptable use

Storefront content may not be copied, republished, interfered with or used unlawfully except as permitted by law. Do not attempt to disrupt security, introduce malicious code or misuse checkout.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability for matters that may lawfully be limited is limited to the remedies allowed by applicable law. This clause does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable Australian law. Courts and tribunals with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes. Consumers retain any mandatory rights in their place of residence.

Changes

Policies may be updated prospectively. The version displayed when an order is accepted applies to that order unless law requires otherwise.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure, a consumer may be entitled to choose a refund or replacement and may also be entitled to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. For a minor problem, the store may choose to provide an appropriate remedy within a reasonable time.

Reporting a problem

Contact the store as soon as reasonably possible with the order number, a description of the problem and supporting photographs where useful. Do not return an item until return instructions are provided.

Return costs

Where the product is confirmed not to meet a consumer guarantee, reasonable return costs will be handled or reimbursed as required by law. Keep evidence of reasonable postage costs. Different arrangements may apply for bulky goods.

Change of mind

The Australian Consumer Law does not generally require a business to accept a change-of-mind return. A voluntary change-of-mind return applies only when the store expressly agrees to it for the relevant order. This does not affect statutory rights for faulty, unsafe, misdescribed or otherwise non-compliant goods.

Refund method

Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. Contact the store if that method is no longer available.
